Who We Are

The Christian fellowship at Garfield Gospel Chapel is a local evangelical church that is both self-­supporting and self­-governing. It has no denominational affiliation, but it maintains contact with hundreds of similar groups throughout the world.

The basis of our fellowship is a common personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. We accept the Bible as having authority over us as individuals and as an assembly. It is all­-sufficient to make known God's plan for our salvation and shape our lives.

Our meetings, government, and principles of behavior are a conscious effort to apply Scripture as we believe it was applied in the early days of the New Testament Church.

Announcements

• There will be a trustee's and men's prayer meeting on April 12 at 8:00AM, followed by a men's prayer meeting.
• April 20 is Resurrection Sunday! Save the date, and invite your family and friends to join us in celebration after Family Bible Hour.
• SWBC will host a ladies' retreat from April 25-27. The weekend's topic will be "Prayer". Save the date!
• All are invited to join us and partake in a meal after the Family Bible Hour on May 4.
