Who We Are

The Christian fellowship at Garfield Gospel Chapel is a local evangelical church that is both self-­supporting and self­-governing. It has no denominational affiliation, but it maintains contact with hundreds of similar groups throughout the world.

The basis of our fellowship is a common personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. We accept the Bible as having authority over us as individuals and as an assembly. It is all­-sufficient to make known God's plan for our salvation and shape our lives.

Our meetings, government, and principles of behavior are a conscious effort to apply Scripture as we believe it was applied in the early days of the New Testament Church.

Announcements

• SWBC is hosting a youth retreat during the weekend of November 22.
• We will be having packing parties for Operation Christmas Child at 10AM Nov. 16 & Nov. 23.
• December 1 from 6PM-8PM , we will be hosting a Thanksgiving Dinner for ISI students at the chapel.
• All are invited to join us and partake in a meal after the Family Bible Hour on December 1.
